From initial design sprint to beta to v.3 release, I drove the discovery and development process. Our app was initially designed as a social network for our members but eventually evolved to include more utility* such as a check-in tool for members, an in-app marketplace and revenue generation. Through user research and iteration, my team and I were able to obtain a 90% adoption rate among members and a DAU rate of 85%

Creative Problem solving
Time is rarely available for problem space exploration, especially in startup environments. Because of this, I created a special three day sprint process to help solve difficult problems in the development process and increase stakeholder buy in.
